Our sole purpose is to provide Building and Pest Inspections Reports providing valuable information allowing you to decide the ideal property for the lowest possible price, and on favourable terms.

The process

The Inspection process is a time consuming one, ranging from 2 to 4 hours for most homes. From the foundation to the roof and everything in between, you can be reassured that it will be examined in detail for soundness and durability.

As the home buyer you will be notified of anything that fails or falls outside the full scope of the inspection. Computer generated reports are emailed at the latest the next working day (generally Same day Service). Hard copies are posted. We believe these reports will continue to be a great resource for you both now and in the years you remain in your home.

We understand that the purchase of the first house, or first investment property is more than likely one of the most stressful times you have experienced lately. We empathise with your concerns and our customer service team will organise and coordinate with the real estate, vendor and yourself with regards to entry, access and Delivery of the Reports.

At Brisbane Building and Pest Inspection Services Propriety Ltd we only use licensed and qualified builders. The builders have a life time of experience. They are accredited with the QBSA and have completed an accredited Completed Residential Building Inspection, course.

Again our pest inspectors are fully licensed insured and continuously upgrading their skills. The pest inspectors use only the most advanced equipment. Including:

  • Borascope
  • Termtrac
  • Thermal image camera
  • Moisture Meter
  • Acoustic equipment allows us to pick up the noise of termites feeding

And by arrangement we have the use of a termite detection dog that has been certified for location of both dry wood and subterranean termite.
